I genuinely like this unit, almost too many buttons & tech- even for me, a certified, card carrying MAN. There is enough power to mount this, hook it up centrally, wire up solar, allow it to charge when on shore power & just be happy. 2Kwh LiFePO4 battery, 2k inverter & plenty 'O ports- answers almost every question. Even @ $2k- it almost adds up to 'value packed!' It's genuinely nice to see solar generators getting to this point. Hi Hobotech, I bought this unit using your promo code thanks. I'm having troubles with the charging system since day one When I use the Unit it shows how much power I'm using and the battery level goes down as expected but after finish using it i turn it off and the next time I turn it on again the battery level will show 100%, if I turn it off then on again it will go down to 26%, if i leave it alone for the night, then nex day will show 100% again. Same with the wall charger, if I plug it in when is 26% it will start charging fine but if for some reason I have to unplug it and is let's say 45%, after unplugging it the percentage will jump to 100%. I already emailed bluetti about this problem but they took two weeks to respond asking for more details, so I sent them a video showing everything I'm describing here but so far they haven't responded. I'm hoping you can give me an idea of what to do or if anyone knows a faster way to communicate with bluetti please let me know. Thanks

The dual charging is amazing. I have the Delta 1300 and one of the things I *hate* about it is the 1200 watt charging. I have popped many friends circuits when plugging it in because you can't regulate it's input. I'd strongly prefer slightly longer charge and maybe do 800 watts or so which is still plenty fast or a friggin setting to allow you to set max input.

Ok ... Now that I saw this, I feel so much better for backing Leoch with 2048 usable Wh ...Nice unit but it has so many features that almost consume half the battery :) .. @HOBOTECH4 жыл бұрын
I don't see how you can possibly say the LEOCH is better. It weighs 10lb more, has pathetic solar charging, no touch screen, no high amp DC output.. the list goes on. Granted the final version might be much better than the prototype. We'll find out in about 6 months.
@costanalexandru51204 жыл бұрын
@@HOBOTECH they said solar charging will be increased to 600 W ... but yeah ... that's its only real problem from my point of view... 10lb for 1/3 +- more capacity is not really a problem I would say ... If you do the maths you'll see Leoch is actually lighter per usable watt hour than the ETTI . Etti just has smaller capacity - it's like comparing a AC50 with this one .. of course the AC50 is lighter as it's much smaller in capacity . For me the touch screen is not a good feature ... I think once that breaks you won't be able to charge it from DC/PV and it will break as any touch screen does ... or start working really slow after like 1 year or so ... But it's indeed really beautiful. The invertor looks kinda so so in this one as well ... Maybe not the invertor but the way they let you use it - if you do 3 more tests at a higher wattage like you did I think you might fry it pretty easy ... We have to compare the prices of these as well ... they are both discounted .... and the etti is still like 80% more expensive ... LEOCH is a bargain for 2048 usable watts ... while etti is just an ok offer ... Afterall, capacity, invertor and price are the 3 most important things on these SOGENs ... I'd say Leoch wins all 3 of these battles (or at least 2 of them) by far ! The outputs are ok for both - You can kinda do similar things on both of them ... Having more outputs is nice ... but not really a game changer . You can always use AC if the DC output is not enough in Leoch .

Hey, Tom- you may have answered this before, but what’s the difference between pass-through charging and UPS? It seems like they’d be the same.
@AntonioCunningham4 жыл бұрын
I would assume UPS have better battery management when battery is full. For example; my Sauoi once topped up, it runs on AC (sure power) and slowly trickal charge the battery. My AC200 only runs on the battery. When it gets to 100%, it turns off. It turns back on a 99% and you hear a loud click and the charger kicks back on. I tried to use my AC200 like my Sauoki, but the constant loud click can get obnoxious and I'm not sure if this degrade this internal switch.

I just bought my first unit it’s called the GEN verse home pro two, 2200 W. It doesn’t have one of those big boxes that you plug into the wall it just has a regular cord and the chargers at 1250 W, I get a full charge in about an hour and a half. Not bad I guess? The only thing they were a little deceitful when they told me it comes with two 200 W solar panels and I can charge the unit in three hours with solar, then after I bought it I started learning about these things and it needs 800 W to do that but whatever I’ll throw a couple of panels up on my roof I guess.

Are the 12v sockets marine? Lots of people have problems with products like IceCo fridges popping out and ruining all their food and having to bungie the cords in place. I think all these type of units should have the marine sockets that lock. If it doesn't and you can see the value in this, please push them in future reviews to consider upgrading to the better socket like you and Will did on the regulated 12v. Last night I was testing a 12v car blanket on my Jackery and I woke up from my nap freezing and checked and the plug wiggled loose enough to lose power. I REALLY dislike the 12v sockets from 1880. Thanks!!!

@patrickbuick54593 жыл бұрын
I am kind of curious how much better the UPS feature would be. An online UPS is essentially no different than just running stuff off of it and ensuring you had enough charging input to cover the load... with sine wave output, pretty much anything will work. Granted, you can't use full capacity.

Four USB-A 5W ports old-style ports should've changed to two 5W and two 18W fast charging ports. 3. DC 12V/25A output should be changed to DC 12V/30A. * Everything else is perfect! :)

15W standby consumption for the regulated DC output seems pretty steep to me. If you consider running low loads for an extended period of time this will empty you battery more than your actual device. In case you use a 15W load the battery will be empty after 1.5 days even though theoretically you only consumed half the capacity. I wonder if manufacturers take this standby consumption into account when the present their "how long can you power ..." In fact I just checked - they don't. The formula they give does take into account the efficiency of the inverter but no standby consumption whatsoever. I still think a regulated output is a fine thing but if the electronics waste that much energy we might be better off without it. (This is for small loads of course). In an ideal world there would be switch where you can turn the stabilization on and off :-). Just as a remark - as long as you have sufficient solar input this may not matter but in my area I have practically 5-10% nominal capacity from solar during extended periods in wintertime.
@HOBOTECH4 жыл бұрын
15w isn't all the time it depends on load. See the chart. The problem is they should have had separate switches for USB and 25A outputs.
