Guys, you notice of course that Beau’s targets were pretty much covered, but still he still put nearly perfect passes in there for them… to drop. So why doesn’t Drew give his set of WRs the same chances. Trace did it, Sean did it… Drew performs as if he’s a QB with a sub-standard deep arm, but very accurate in the short game. He takes his own deep game away from himself.

The segue from T-Frank's mother's DQ order to Corey Smith's performance was seamless.

Well, when your O line doesn’t block well enough for you to run the ball consistently (even vs Purdue), and feed your talented RBs, you scheme things so that you get the ball to Warren - who’s always open - and the RBs from the slot or split… so they get the ball in space and use those vast talents.

Which Brandon Smith is TFrank talking about?

Former five-star linebacker Brandon Smith. Not former wrestler turned walk on linebacker. Very good point of clarification, thank you.

Face it the 1994 team is not coming back, though we have better players on this year's team, than on the 1994 team.

I don't understand the Penn State fans that only view it's history with oddly rosey glasses. Like James Franklin has somehow has been a let down from Joe paterno. Unless you're nearly 40, I think, you haven't seen Penn State win a title. This iteration of Penn State is every bit as good as what Paterno was putting out for the vast majority of his tenure . They have more talent and more competition. That's how it goes.

My problem is why did they hire Andy K when they knew drew was the qb. It makes no sense. You have a dude behind center but he doesn’t fit your scheme at all
