Hey Mike by looking at your hairline I am wondering if you have got hair transplant? FUE?

Nope never had any treatment done, never had to. My hairline is just fine 👍

To my understanding, the reason oil is recommended after is because it’s meant to lock in moisture coming from the water-based products. Especially for people with coarse dry or curly hair
@MMTV5 жыл бұрын
Yes that’s a fantastic point! I considered that as well, but the issue I saw was that I just didn’t feel that was taking place.. I was kind of conflicted on discussing that cuz I couldn’t tell if it was happening or not. I like to really discuss stuff that I provide proof of, I’m just weird like that haha! Great point tho I appreciate that.

love your honest words no bullshit hype thats exactly what I thought about this new blumaan hair health system. Think Cloud & 5th would be more than enough for optimal hair health if not even better without meraki. But everybody can decide on there own. Also hyped for the forte video mine is on the way

I'm jealous of y'all with a thicker hair type. With my finer hair, I am just unable to "successfully" blow dry using a hair oil. Even with something like Enigma layered in, the finish ends up looking piecey/stringy.

Sometimes I wonder how deep you get in the product information that's pretty dope I think. Keep doing this great work!

I generally don’t like to add products such as pomade after blow drying because it just feels like I have dirty hair.
@abdulazizalmahmood30504 жыл бұрын
It can really depends on the pimade you use. Traditional pomades feels heavy and might look dirty on hair but 5th (from my experience) doesnt have that features as it is not oily and doesnt feel greasy on hair if you dont overuse it

I have the cloud control and i’ve been using for almost 2 months. My hair became softer and easier to control. Sometimes where I wear it tho it can make my hair a bit oily even if I use a tiny bit, that could be because I shampoo my hair with this shampoo that has oils in it cause my mum put some oils in it because she says it will help the hairline 🙃
@farazr25 жыл бұрын
oils will not help hairline. Not backed by any evidence in science.
@accountsequity55875 жыл бұрын
She thinks it will help me grow hair which tbh it did happened, some of the hair that I lost grew back. Still is not like this miracle potion that I take. Throughout the years my hairline just kept getting further back, is not bad but the thing is I have a flat mole in the middle of my forehead and I hate it so sometimes it’s just annoying having to cover it up and while still trying to get a hairstyle that I like. I probably will get like cosmetic surgery at some point to get rid of it.

Sounds like genetics is to blame for this one. Idk about adding oils to the shampoo, to me that wouldn’t work well cuz your throwing off the balance of the shampoo. I can see how it might make sense but when you mix it in there your altering it and it might not work right. It makes more sense to me to let the oils sit in overnight and then wash it out, but it’s also true that there’s no evidence that any oil will stop a receding hairline, that’s based on genetics.
@wlim84245 жыл бұрын
You can put oil in hair mask if you do it. Or else, just put it in your hair overnight.

I tend to have oily greasy hair at times would you say stay away from a hair oil like cloud control?
@MMTV5 жыл бұрын
My hair gets greasy all the time! I just wash it and it’s not greasy anymore haha. I wash every day and it’s not greasy at all and then hair oils keep it healthy 👍
@accountsequity55875 жыл бұрын
I have it and it’s good. It makes my hair just a bit oily sometimes but it’s no big deal. After using for like 2-3 weeks my hair just became naturally softer and now I use only a tiny bit.
@fernandorodriguez8765 жыл бұрын
My hair is naturally oily aswell, compared to how it was a year ago which was REALLY oily, showering everyday and using a good shampoo with conditioner (small amount) it makes my hair soft and matte the next day. Even softer and has a longer matte time when blowdrying it. And yes i do use bluumans oil when my hair feels a little dry or just needs a boost in conditioning. Yea it makes it look oily but i use it usually before i go to bed and after i shower.

I ordered this hair health system, but when I opened my package today, there was no cloud control hair oil inside, they instead put The ascent Volume cream inside, which is totally useless for my thick hair. Will not order again...

I’d just email them and get it fixed. They have CS team to help with stuff like this.

I’ve got the original and cloud control , still kinda reluctant to get the pomade as I wouldn’t know what to do with it. Was afraid might turn hairstyle looking too greasy/ stiff.

I use all of these product and the 5th doesnt really make the hair greasy u just need to use small quantity in ur hair. And it has a great hold with low shine.

@MMTV5 жыл бұрын
I don’t know if a shampoo with no chemicals lol everything is a chemical for 1 and 2- I don’t check ingredients when it comes to shampoos. I use what makes my hair look and feel good and don’t worry about sulfates and stuff.

Hey mike,Do you reckon that pomade can provide other hairstyles than slick clean looks?
@MMTV5 жыл бұрын
I’ve seen it do it on other people, I mean it’s not going to come out like a matte paste but I’ve seen a few people get some texture off it for sure.
@hallobre5 жыл бұрын
Yes you can. I have lightly curly hair and I sometimes use a water based pomade. Just apply a bit to damp hair and style it with blow dryer. Then once dry pass your fingers through it for that messy look

I like your video, just curious how to choose pomade/wax/clay/paste/clay pomade as pre styler?
@MMTV5 жыл бұрын
I see nowadays folks are using pretty much anything as a pre styler, which is cool to see but I keep having to remind folks that somethings are not designed for that. There are some that don’t respond well to being blow dried in and you end up with results you don’t want. I don’t know if there’s some formula for choosing a pre styler tho but I also don’t think it’s something anyone needs to really put a lot of thought into either. I don’t really know of a pomade that works as a pre styler ever, so you can cut that one and then anything else is determined based on weight, hold, and finish pretty much. A clay like cavalier for example would be a terrible pre styler, it’s too heavy among other things- but hybrid works great because it’s lighterweight, it’s got some hold there ( you don’t need a heavy hold as a pre styler because your going to follow it up with a post styler) and it brings in some texture. Original by blumaan is similar except it has more hold and no clay texture. Wax like gold digger is too heavy of a product to be a pre styler but something like my wax cream works better cuz it’s lighterweight.
@wlim84245 жыл бұрын
Modern Man TV I am using sea-salt spray currently and just currently get in touch with hair product. I heard Original by blumaan too sticky, my hair volume consider thick but not too thick. As a pre-styler result, little bit amount of hold will do but prefer in more to control and texture as my hair is a little bit hard to stay in position. BTW, my hair product is local brew which not famous in western country. A matte paste like monarch or clay pomade from Firsthand and Arcadian capable for a prestyler?

I don’t think this is worth it cuz I have short hair
