Blunders & Bullets -

This metal detecting hunt started by trying to get to an old mill. That did not work as expected, but we did find a place to detect. Jill found an incredible coin, but there is a surprise twist ending. Watch to the end to find out what happened to that coin. I found a few pistol bullets, an accordion reed, and eleven cents in clad.

You find the interesting think in the water. I just don't have the luck in the water. The permission lingo is hard sometimes. I try to talk about it first. I have given coins back to land owners in the past, after I get some good pictures. Thanks for sharing.

Nice video Patrick. Just confused on giving them the coin. Was it just their property where you parked? Did they own the water? If not, they had no right to take that from Jill.

Yes it was confusing. It wasn’t his property. The campground didn’t even own the stream but the let us park and walk across their property. This guy was pretty drunk.
