An umbrella should protect you from the weather elements, but what if the consequences were a bit higher than just getting wet...

Michael. I want to say I just bought one of your umbrellas from Blunt. I'm an Aussie, these are Aussie/NZ umbrellas and so tough and strong. Its true, they don't blow inside out , you are so protected. I may have bought the last one of yours they had actually. The TNT one? Its just wonderful. So unique. I could have bought the one they now have with well known (at least here in Aussieland) Aussie designer Akira (Japanese born) but just between you and me I find the chrysanthemum on an umbrella a bit 'ordinary;. Perhaps he should have considered an Aussie National flower, like wattle, or the Kangaroo Paw, (wild flower!) or the stunning and large Waratah. But no he chose a somewhat boring Japanese flower!! God. He's an Aussie citizen now, been here since 1986. You can buy similar umbrellas everywhere. With chrysanthemum type flowers etc. But NOT like yours. They're truly unique for the unusual person (ie me hehe) Designed by you the unique person! Thank you so much for the beautiful design, i shall carry and use it with great pride . I shall write to Blunt to ask them to get you to do more, hopefully you would still be interested in that,. I await my umbrella with excitement. Kind regards, Bridgit Lawson, Melbourne, Australia.

I had a limited edition umbrella by MICHAEL C. HSIUNG, of which was lost. I still have the "tube" that was white, with lots of "animated" items, i.e. washing machine, bear, bust of an elk, money,... It was the one of the first "animated" umbrellas.

hippies don't like balloons released into nature. but the idea of the illustration is nice.
