man, you saved me, because I thought this kind of thing didn't exist in camtasia, including the shift+a shortcut I didn't know, thank you very much

This was a great video! Thank you. I was editing a video where I needed to blur a section that had an item I needed to blur. This saved me so much time!

Thanks. Quick and easy. is there any way to track a certain area so that it automatically blurs that specific thing without manually moving the blur box in each frame?

If the object you're looking to blur is moving in the source video, you would have to animate the blur annotation to follow the object that's moving. However, if your object is static on the screen and the only reason it's moving is because of zoom n pan animations you've added, the best way to work around that is to blur the object. Then group the blur annotation with the media. Now add your zoom n pan animations to the group and the blur will follow the object around.

Has this been made easier in Camtasia 2023? would be great to have it auto-track a mask.
