For me so far listening, this song manages to capture just a bit of every era of blur and I'm living for it. I feel like not many bands/individual members successfully manage that consistency over a career not to mention the long breaks Blur has had in between. To sum it all up, this slaps.

What a part! His playing on the Magic Whip wasn't my favorite -- it was good just not simultaneously hooky and weird as the earlier albums. But this part feels like it would be right at home on Parklife or TGE!

The Magic Whip sounded very dull and uninspired I thought. Also ‘Go Out’ was a terrible choice for first single. I’m liking what I’ve heard from the 2023 material so far though.
