I hear you girl. My favorite makeup products are also blush, eyeshadow and highlighter. I only use one foundation, primer, etc. at a time; just no excitement there.....give me color any time! I absolutely love blush, although my collection is definitely a lot smaller than yours. I have so many on my wish list though. I think Hourglass Luminous Flush is my all time favourite blush.

Iris loves life I love it too! It has options for every season and cool, warm and neutral blushes. My favorite shade is “fortunate”. I would have loved something like that when I was getting my undergraduate degree because I didn’t have the funds to buy different blushes back then, but I’m glad people have better options now. 🌸

I think I love blushes almost as much as I love lippies now. I used the same 2 MAC blushes for years and all of a sudden last year I went blush and highlighter crazy!!

The Nyx baked blushes never worked for me. Scratchy and hard to pick up color and then patchy when Blended out.. I decluttered all of mine

So many people like milani romantic rose. I really dont like it. It makes my face kinda dirty and the formula is so dry. I l'oreal blushes so much better. I am also trying out essence and so far i am enjoying it. Colorpop is also great.

Everyone on KZbin raves about the milani romantic rose blush, so I'm probably the only person who feels this way, but it looks horrible on me. No matter how light of an application i do, it straight up looks like i got one of those " i look like a lobster" type sunburns. Maybe it has to do with my skin tone, as i am pretty fair and very yellow-olive toned skin, but it makes my face so red. not really a look i like to go for. 🤔🤷

I don’t like when companies use the g word because it’s considered a slur. I’m not saying that you have done anything wrong by showing the blush name or having it, but companies should research before naming their products. I didn’t know that it was an offensive term until this year either and many people don’t know either, so don’t feel bad about not knowing. Maybe they are discontinuing it due to the name. That color would look nice on your fair and cool tone skin. 💜

Iris loves life It’s okay, it’s the term “gypsy”. You can look it up if want more information because I may not be the best source to explain why it’s offensive, but I understand that it is. I’m glad I know now. 💛

Thanks Celeste. Yes I am aware of the slur. I wasn't at the time of purchasing this product though. I do like the blush however since I have been made aware that it is an offensive term recently I will probably end up decluttering it now. I don't want to offend anyone. A lot of American's are not aware of this terms real meaning for most other cultures. I hope that awareness is now spreading.

Lisa Stevens You’re Welcome, Lisa. Thanks for your thoughtful response. You could always wear the blush off camera but I totally understand why you may declutter it. I’m think more people are becoming aware of the negative connotation of the term recently (myself included), which is good so we can avoid inadvertently offending people. 💜
