It looks like they used the same type of battery screen as Jetsons, but the cruise button on this Blutron is blank, whereas it has a white cruise symbol on the same black button that works for cruise on Jetson bolt and polt pro.

Can someone 6'.2" sit comfortably on this bike?

If you look online there are scales with e-bike length and heights of a person for example 5,2-5,6= 15-18 inches

How do you fold it?

Only the handle bar is foldable. There's a lever that allows you to lock or release the handle bar stem. The handle bar and stem folds down to the side of the bike.
