I listened to Black Sabbath back in the 1970s and 1980s and I'd say she did a great job on the guitar and replicating Tony Iommi's unique sound, and she did a great job on the vocals as well. I'm sure Ozzy, Tony, Geezer, and Bill would be proud to hear the younger bands they're still inspiring to this day.

This is a decent version, no doubt, but Sam sounds better with other songs.. Samantha is a great player but her tone her is a bit weak for a Black Sabbath song. Tony Iommi used a Gibson SG with heavy, high-output pickups.

It takes some sack (as it were) to take a mighty Black Sabbath classic like this and make it your own. This is solid stuff. True to the original but not slavishly so, rough in all the right places, all instrumentalists are strong individually and as an ensemble. The soulful gospel vocals are icing on the cake.
