15:59 Concerning the TeacherComponentState, I do the same thing but I put the model in the views->Components->Teachers folder because this model is only and exclusively used by the component.

Components is not the right namespace/folder for models. It should like under Models -> Views -> Components -> Teachers

Hi Hassan, I have heard that scoped CSS is an anti-pattern. In terms of The Standard isn't scoped CSS a good thing which you would adopt? I would think it is good because it is specific to the component and isolated from the rest of the app? Your thoughts on this would be great.

I'm all for scoped CSS per component. It can be anti-pattern if we are not carefully with naming conventions or implementing too generic selectors that may impact other components. We have to be careful there. But otherwise I'm all for the school of thought of modularization, componentization and isolation. all the way.
