I use steady shot with the steadyshot attackspeed talent instead of cobra shot, also i dont use seprent sting. Never saw a bm hunter out dps me, and i kept up with sv hunta

No, exotic pets and normal pets do same damage, the exception being in aoe situations where chimera/worm have extra aoe attacks that normal pets lack. Otherwise on single target the extra abilities that exotic pets have are for utility rather than damage.

​@@siers1432You'll miss the extra talent points on your pet so it's better to take it than leave it. Compare 4 extra talent points on pet+exotic pets to like 1% haste from talents and you'll understand it's VERY powerful talent
