Most accident happening in bmbs when I see empty boxn moving fastly I see i scarred that they are falling situation and some times they fall in sultanpur and shahdol accident bmbs is responsible

That's a obvious reason anyone can be feared off from Bmbs but now railway has organised bmbs wagons very well!! Now there are a lot of instructions for loco pilots to handle bmbs wagons correctly and after that now accidents because of bmbs wagons are constantly declining!! On the other hand mail express accidents are increased but goods trains accidents has been lowered down in sometimes

For your kind information, BMBS me AR ki capacity 70 lit nahi hoti. Han 75 lit cap. Ka AR underame mounted BOXNHL/BCNHL wagons me fit kiya gaya hai wo bhi isliye ki 12" ka single brake cylinder use hota hai. By considering gravity of the safety, modifications of bk. Cylinder is being done in all such wagons.

sir we know that due to push rod, force from the expansion cylinder transfer to the secondary brake block via bell crank lever mechanism, but how reaction force is developed which enables to apply brakes on primary brake block. Can you explain how the push rod works in depth ?

Bmbs kwd 11?

There are two types of brake cylinders in BMBS, first kbd has dia 10 inch and 11 inch and second escort having dia 11 inch only. Kbd means knorr bremse device old brake cylinder having 10 inch dia and new cylinder having 11 inch dia and it is called kbd11.
