Ive been wanting to pick these up since they were announced. I have them in my Amazon cart with a few other BMC things and even yesterday was about to buy them. I guess you posting this video is a sign for me to buy them. I cant wait for the CTS WWII sets to come out in November.

Try the hot water when it's still boiling in the pot on your stove. Use tongs to dip each soldier in it, I did that with mine and they unwarped instantly!

If you want to get US figures that are smaller than the huge ones in this video, Mars has a set of US winter WW2 guys. 8 poses, all in winter coats. They go much better. You can also get Toy Soldiers of San Diego WW2 weapons support set. It has 8 poses and 4 in winter coats, again they will go better as they are not nearly as bulky as the ones in this video.

Good video but we can do without the musical background, it's annoying and distracting. This is the age of ASMR, where people appreciate QUIET instead of noise. If you must have some background noise, try a fan or one of those tabletop Zen water fountains. DON'T ruin an otherwise good video. As for the figures they LOOK good but are more model soldiers than true toy soldiers. They are high-priced and I don't like the stiff and heavy PVC-type plastic. Toy soldiers should be simple and durable and inexpensive. Of course the companies and vendors who sell these figures LOVE them, because they make more profit on individual sales. Be warned.
