Figure I shows the framework for a point, P, which moves so that its distance from the circumference
of two circles, as well as from their centres O, and O, is always in the ratio2:3. The radii of the
two circles are20 mm and 15 mm respectively.
Plot the locus of the point P.
State the name of the locus.
