Just to clear things up. I am pretty sure he uses atk speed overline which would make it: 9 atk speed 4.5 atk speed 6.9 cdr 6 dmg 6.9 back dmg energetic etchings and youre good to go, not as close to the cooldowns he has, cause of the talent system, but that would get you somewhat close to his playstyle.
