They still have that annoying stand on the weight scale and take a picture intro though, and it's always behind a table or tv or something. Maybe once I get past that part again, the mixed reality part will fix that I hope. Most annoying thing for me, as I have stuff everywhere.

I'm using the AR heavy bag and dummy with boxing training videos. It's nice to have virtual gym equipment that I can use with virtual trainers (via BODi) and not fill the house with big gym equipment.

You missed Track Craft! It's definitely my fav mixed reality game in my opinion. Plus Racket club too. Uses mixed reality so well.

You NEED to mention OCEAN RIFT!!! It is simply AMAZING. Turns ur room into an aquarium with lots of different options.. u can even have ur celing as glass where u see everything above you.... its the BEST mixed reality ive ever seen thus far... you can probably make a video just for that game. Absolutely solid

I think the last game sums up just where mixed reality can go. I really wanted to get a welding VR game, which would have pushed me to buy the Quest but it was priced at over $1000 for just the software. But I think it would be really cool to learn all kinds of things like taking a tv to bits and soldering wires to like this video demonstrated learning to play the piano. Even if it’s only “theory”, I tend to find the older I get the more I want to learn, but work and kids tends to get in the way. It’s not impossible but I certainly think this will or at least could be a good key to this in the future.

I've never been able to get my room setup so it works with Drop Dead the Cabin.

There has to be a table and window placed in the setup. Even if you don't have a table or window you can just tell the setup that there is one wherever you want. I assume that's your issue, cause that took me forever to figure out.

@@ninjabiatch101 That wasn't the issue. The room I play in doesn't have 4 perfectly shaped walls. The architecture in the rooms isn't perfectly square all around. I was able to get it working but still not perfect.

Ghostbusters rise of the ghost lord is also a part mixed reality game where theres a mode just before you load in and if you choose that mode it takes you to your room and if you look up slightly you can see the stay puft marshmello man you can use mini stay puft marshmello men to kill the massive one

I don't mean to be rude or "that guy" correcting people but isn't there kind of a big difference between the "AR" and "VR"? Like "mixed reality" is the same thing as "AR" or "augmented reality" and then "VR" is different in that you are kind of fully removed from your environment and the game is all you see, and nothing else around you, right? The reason I'm nit-picking is because I'm looking to start making either an AR game or a VR game myself for phones and some sort of appropriate glasses or headset and I'm finding a lot of mixed up info out there. Again, I'm not trying to be a dick, I just need to figure out exactly what I'm doing, or trying to be doing.

Keep Talking and Nobody explodes is not "mixed reality," it's Asymmetrical VR. When one player is in VR and the others are using some other medium to interact with you in-game, that's what it's called

It's not meant to improve anything. It's just a fun experience that some games in the future will support. MR isn't for everyone but when it's done right, it can be a blast

How does it improve games. For example, playing Thrill of the Fight a boxing game playing it in mixed reality mode allows you to see your real-world surroundings. It is helping you to avoid hitting something or someone. This is a great feature.
