It would be hilarious if he was actually calculating not just the current board state, but also the likelihood of the player being able to stay alive with their current hand. I don't think this is the case, but it would be funny if he only busted out the real life savers when you were truly at the end of your rope.

As a casual observer from watching these games, I don't think Tsunami does enough as an 8 mana spell. You even had the dream of Surflopod into Under the Sea to fetch and cast Tsunami for free and dump an 8 drop on the board, and after the dust had settled, you were still behind on board with a bunch of damaged Water Elementals and a 5/5 for your trouble.

The thing is, theoryctafting meta is always much slower than actual standard. This makes ramp and otk decks generally look better, unless they’re absolutely hamstrung by the 10 new cards requirement.

What is Druid's weakness, except for a perfect aggro curve? It can gain huge amounts of armour to get it out of any OTK range, it has mana ramp, reduction and refresh to stupid levels, it can board clear with all the spell damage it has now and with the drinks it can deal tons of damage. What are they thinking? This always happens with druid, it has no real counter play, you just have to hope the curvestone gods bless you.

I will never understand why the Hearthstone devs continue to believe cost reductions to 0 mana are ok. Over and over again they break formats with this.

Almost every cost reduction card ever should have at least "but not below 1 mana" in it - which is obviously not a catch-all, but would help a ton

khadgar is the most overrated card in recent memory. i really don't buy it when i see him in all these top mage decklists and people say he's a "must craft" for those decks if you wanna maximize your winrate.

You can play 2 under the sea. The card says other so it will never draw another copy of it self anyway.
