He may not be around for as long as we have. Warsong Commander used to give charge to minions with 3 or less attack. It was used combination with Grim Patron and Frothing Berserker, to create a massive and loud ("get in here") board of charging 3/3s and a charging 20+ attack minion. It was the strongest deck in the game, despite it having a mediocre overall winrate thanks to the difficulty of the deck.

It didn't matter, he wasn't relying on Brawl RNG to begin with since he could've passed twice in a row and still won at that point. With the number of cards the Priest had in-hand, assuming they're the best possible cards in that scenario, they could only deal a maximum of 30 damage with their minion still alive and Kibler was at 33, and the Priest was dead to fatigue after Kibler's next turn. The only way Kibler lost that was if he let the Priest keep his minion and proceed to swing into it the turn after as a suicide play.

If the priest hadn't played the Radiant uselessly at 4:37 (the only use he gets out of it is allowing the 1/3 to hit face, which is the wrong move anyway, he should've traded the 1/3 and used the 2/3 to attack face) he would've won. Either through a better lyra, or by comboing Velen, Radiant, Binding Heal, Mind Blast at 11:04. (He would've lost the 1 damage from when he attacked with cleric, but he could've gained it by playing not wasting his Ungoro Pack Hero Power, or simply by sustaining with binding heal and finishing off Kibler next turn.)
