While we're on the subject of BMP's, can you fix the swimming characteristics of the BMP-2M so it doesn't dive like a submarine when moving forward at even the slowest of speeds and try to drown itself?

IFV are some of my favorites in this game. I have the Type 89, M3 Bradley, M3A3 Bradley, BMP-1, BMP-2, and BMP-2M. Also currently researching the Dardo and BMP-3. I also can’t wait to get the BMD-4 from the event as well as see more introduced into the game.

I've used the East German BMP-1, it was so much of a beast that I ended up using it less and less often because I always felt so dirty for using it. I've also encountered the BMP-2, 2M and 3 on the enemy team, and based on how most of those encounters went, I'd say the BMP series doesn't exactly get weaker

For playing Wargame, my favorite use of the BMP-1 is to conduct massive assaults backing up armor and dismounting the infantry under the cover of smoke. The HEAT rounds from the 73mm can help punch tanks that are unfortunate enough to be close enough to them. As for the BMP-2, the 30mm makes it really good for fighting in towns against other vehicles. But the BMP-3 is really where the party is. Seeing platoons of BMP-3 firing their missile on the move behind T-72B's and taking out Abrams is just exhilarating.

Seeing Infantry in War Thunder outside of tanks just makes me want to see a gamemode where there are no points, just tanks and Infantry coming after 10 minutes. They can be killed, however, the side with more Infantry personnel alive wins. Of course, it would have some flaws, but it would be pretty cool.

Would be nice if they had that PVE event with the anti-tank emplacements become a regular game mode, as it showed how infantry with AT weapons can make urban warfare a living nightmare for armor without infantry support. Edit: another option would be to have IFV's like the BMP, Bradley, etc. be able to deploy AI anti-tank or anti-aircraft teams armed with shoulder-fired ATGM's or SAMs like the Javelin, Kornet, Stinger, or Igla. Could be implemented as a researchable module with a limited number of charges, like smoke grenades or crew replenishment.

BMPs are some of favorite vehicles in the game and I am working on getting the BMP 3. It is use kinda sad that the normal BMP 2 which is all around worse that stuff like the Bradley get such a high BR compare to its abilities.

@@kirov6213 It isn't very mobile from my experience and the gun is great in terms of penetration, but not in post penetration damage, at least when using HEAT-FS and the problem is the opposite with the APHE. The Puma is a better scouting vehicle than the PT-76 as it has a better top speed, better penetrating APHE with faster reload, and can go as fast backwards as forwards which is surprisingly useful. Overall, the PT-76 a peculiar vehicle with features that don't go together very well.

Put in game Tank recovery veicles. For every allie brought into safety or repaired in batle field should give exp. Also engineering veicles, Would work if you add, bunkers or obstacles in regular matchs. As an extra objective

Recovery tanks would be usless, engineering only tanks would be even a worse addition, and totally modifying ground modes for adding bunkers would be not only hard, but also a bad addition, as tanks can't use bunkers, etc

And it would Make more sense, and you would get rewards for that. Also helping allies to reach a place in map. Like a fast route our an "hiden" cap point (D point)

Kind of off-topic, but is there any chance that the repair costs of a vehicle could be reduced if the player manages to get the crew out ? This would encourage players to try and eject after being shot down rather than firing off all of their ammo while spinning out of control.
