In a battle you can be rude but yes sometimes it's not good if you disturb the battle or they don't know about this kind of battle. You should imagine a game where everyone can disrespect you. Dickson is actually a good guy if u see him in real o.O He is also generous but a bit of a player ^_- He has his own beliefs for the art of danc. Trust me, he isn't just someone who doesn't think. Although a lot of the things he does I think is fake like fake respect. they had 1 call out per battle and UK used it twice. also the organizers told team Korea that they all had to behave because it was broadcasted live. so you can see that team Korea are complaining about UK Mocking and taunting but they get ignored. I get your point, however, hiphop in general (the whole culture I mean) was born in this paradoxical state: Peacefull violence. We all know that hiphop was born thanks to Africa Bambata and the Zulu Nation so that they could stop the shootings in the bronx because too many brothers died. They would stop destroying each other with guns, but with dance. So yeah a battle, as it was invented at the beggining of HipHop culture is still "I am goïng to destroy you, but without harming you". As we saw on the battle, the uk team had no respect for the korean team. However this is a battle. Somtimes team battles has been shown as good or more aggressive. But teams should be ready to any behaviors of the opponent. We dont need to appeal what they did to the judges or we dont need to take it personally. Whatever they do except for violence, we just need to prove it by dancing on the stage. It’s all about battles to win or to lose. This is not a show. It’s only show to the audiounce.

Dickson and Future kept saying that Kin was scared when all of them were scared of Hoan and in the last round they chose Kin to dance, they didn't let Hoan dance but karma came back and bit them in the ass, because there was a tiebreak and Hoan danced against Dickson and boy oh boy, he SMOOOOOOKED his ass. And btw, even in the tiebreaker Dickson wanted Poppin J to dance and not Hoan. Imagine the audacity of calling someone scared when you are scared of someone else.

I didn’t really see any disrespect behavior on both side. The UK side is telling Korean side not to battle the crowd but to battle them, which is normal to see in battles. Another thing happened was the UK didn’t fully understand that the “towel” can be only used once, meaning that last round they cannot refuse Hoan to battle. Anyway Kin went up

You don’t always have to respond. I’m also a bboy so please excuse me if I may seem out of line with my logic here. But sometimes not responding shows you are above the opposing pressure, or on the other hand it could be that you’re also able to rise to the occasion. I think it’s situational.
