It was the mask fitted to me back in 2006. I think they have S, M, L, XL as baselines, but I’m not sure. It does have bayonet receivers so you can loosen/tighten it with 3-4 clicks. Attached to the male ends, there are adjustable straps. Life Support adjusts these until you get the desired fit and no oxygen leaks, and then they will mark them and put in some stitching so they don’t get accidentally loosen or tightened. I had to remove the stitches, adjust it and re-stitch it since I’ve changed a little over the years ;-) But it still fits quite well.

So on the subject, do you have straps to hold it in place? Assuming you´re not just wearing a helmet too :-)

Basically yes… I am actually on the “far” side of being in Fingertip (close) formation. I was closer to being in Route formation at the beginning which is 2 ship widths to 500’… but since it’s a sim and the AI can make drastic maneuvers at turn points or “action” points, it can be very easy to have a mid-air collision.

thanks for this! learning how to do this at the moment. So to get the distance you align the trailing edges of the nozzle so you can't "see in" ?

How do you fit the mask btw? assuming those things usually have bayonette fixings…
