Dear Veer ji, If such like system is implemented and thrust upon the bankers, the bank work will not run smoothly. This is totally a farce and injustice with the bank empoyees. Ultimately, the staff will prefer to leave the jobs rather than being insulted by the customers and the pressure from the bank authorities. The various organisations/Associations of Bank Emloyees should come together to fight againsy such move before the implementation of wrong practices going to be started by the Finance Department.

में भी बैंक रिटायर्ड हूँ but महसूस करता हूँ की सरकारी बैंक के staff ke behaviour में सुधार की बहुत ज़रूरत है. ये लोग तो हम retiree के साथ भी सही deal नहीं करते.
