I think this is happening with me, first I questioned myself ke kya spiritual life mere liye hai??? it started mainly last year when i started chanting, lot of confusion, aur bahot apologetic feel hota hai, kisi pe gussa hoke khudh pe guilt feel hota hai. My devotee friend told me that its a way of clearing our negetives from us. She said never to leave chanting.. i am not chanting now due to busy schedule, but yes i try to connect myself with Almighty, try to medidate and read... Thank you i can relate to this...
