Sir as fed is increasing the rates and can increase the rates upto 25 basis points in coming three sittings as per article sources, as of which USA will go into recession and as we can see major it companies in us are laying off the jobs, as a result our it companies will also face low orders where major revenues of our it companies depends on us dollar terms, then how come that IT companies will do well in coming quarters?

Hi sir, how does Adani (promoter) selling shares in a block deal benefit the company. Won't that money go to the promoter instead of going to the company?? I thought company gets money only if it issues additional shares. But if promoter is selling the shares, then its promoter's money and not the company's. So why will the promoter use that money to pay company's loans? and how will the company benefit from Adani's block deal.
