Hey basant, you please don't talk about "paisa lagao dimaag se". Khud ke pass toh hai he nahi, thou haven't got us FD return from last few years. Your mean focus is to make your own money because you can't even achieve FD return toh aap useless ho. Jab social media se time milega tumko tab toh kuch portfolio management service kam hoga. Guys I'm been he's clients from few years but he haven't got me FD return yet,he's just good in speaking he can't do anything else. Basant this kindly advise that if you can't manage portfolio properly then remove it from your business. Because of your age your just good in speaking, portfolio management tumari bas ki baat nahi hai. Consultation and social media per he work, portfolio mei FD return toh tumse hota nahi. Totally you're full of shit.

Requesting for your advice: I have been investing in the Indian equity for past 1 decade and I have a buy and hold strategy..like Nagaraj..unless the fundamentals of the company goes bad; I don’t exit. Hence, I have companies in my portfolio like Titan, Bajaj Finance, etc. which are great compounders. Nowadays, I read that it’s better to sell part of the stock and take out the capital; what is left behind are the profits from the stock. Is this a wise approach[and break the compounding path]? Especially, if the company still has a long runway of growth. Thank you.

Cons- 1) If OEM's sells directly instead of Dealers 2) ROE seems to be limited as the OEM's won't allow to make more than 15%. The last 3-4 yrs data also indicates the same. There were perhaps two large scale flows (of peope and capital) that resulted in the north-west half of India prospering more rapidly. First, the Partition led to large areas of land becoming available in Punjab for the Green Revolution, and Punjab's proximity to Delhi led to subsequent industrialization (and "farm-house" investments by the Delhi elites). Second, lots of capital flowed from Punjab/Delhi and Marwari business folks towards Bombay for capitalist investment before and after the Green Revolution. These processes led to migration from the eastern to western half of India. South India's prosperity is due to other reasons.

I think few people chose not to see the real reason, it is politics that slowly stopped most factories.. my parents were govt. employees in hospitals.. even they had to pay to these political parties. Imagine situation of others. when we came to known place then it got reduced. There are 4 own uncles of mine who use to work in factories, one in Hindmotor two in Dunlop and one in jute mill. All closed due to these political parties. then new party came, which we brought to power, it came to power by killing TATA's factories.. and we thought it would bring development. And You were right we get what we vote for. Now we hope BJP will bring the change like Gujrat and UP. In small places we all feel the dadagiri of these ruling party and police friends of them. For everything they need money.

I don't think he cares about PSU rally. Reason being - You should not get addicted to get profit this way. Money earned this way is bound to be lost. Sooner or later PSUs will come down though we don't know when. In that case retailers will lose money!! This is risky - so, if you want to invest, invest fraction of your portfolio. Most profit I have had till now is in a PSU stock. Still, I am very skeptical of PSU. Main reason being - Everyone is after PSU. Happy Investing

One question I would like to ask you although I am not sure that I will be getting the answer unlike several times. Will you please answer why the election held on weekdays instead of weekend to avoid quality and quantity of work time in govt and private offices. How many working hours lost in the entire phase of election nobody bother. Elections need to be held on weekends only as per my opinion.
