I beg to differ with the notion that F&O trading is a zero-sum game. It's not, as both the buyer and seller incur transaction costs such as brokerages, STT, and taxes paid to the government. So, while one party's ₹100 loss may be another's ₹100 gain, around ₹25 is a guaranteed profit for the government. Hence, it's not a pure zero-sum scenario

The reason for writing is, exploitation is not here since last 10 years but since ages.

In the BM Focused Smallcap smallcase portfolio, there is one IT stock which has a market cap to sales of around 4. Further it has investments (liquid funds) + cash which is 8% of market cap. With ROE close to 20%, if the company converts cash to assets it makes the stock cheaper in terms of P/E. Is this a correct way of looking at things or am i doing HAWABAZI? Always grateful to have access to someone like you :)

how would converting cash / reserves into assets would make stock cheaper in terms of PE because until and unless company increases its eps / earnings PE is not going to get affected and even if it happens there should be enough opportunities to park the money in assets and should make the earnings as well

Sir, I did a 10 days tour in Norway early this month, you will really enjoy, especially the countryside. I don’t think you need to worry about safety on making video outside. We never had any issues while driving through, infact we did’t see any Police personnel throughout our journey, except at the immigration. I think the country is very safe and the viewers will enjoy you seeing in front of Fjords and Valleys. If climate favorable, pls do make videos outside. If you are self driving, small SUVs are better as most of the roads are 2 way and narrow. Speed limit in most of the roads is 80 km, except in Highways, where we saw 100 and 110 max. Thanks 🙏

B M Sir, This is not fair. Earlier we used to say 10%, 20% correction is normal in the market. In the last 10 years how many times you have seen such a nose-dive correction, except COVID, & to some extent you can say Nota-bandi. COVID destroyed each & all market. But recovery also is too sharp. Our portfolio giving multifold returns is just because of strong & solid market strength. Nowadays we are just getting 3/4% correction. Sir i debated with a fund manager on twitter that SMEs having 60-65 PE might be reasonable & he didn't agree You have at least considered these PEs may be okay depending on the sector. Sir, bahut purana member hoon aapke small case ka so question le lijiye pls. Hearing a lot lately for launching a new small case. I feel launching a new small case will be a disadvantage to already subscribed members as the existing small cases would only grow if there is a consistent incoming of funds in the stocks. New launch will work if it’s on a totally different theme/s. Sir, rather you should confidently ask people to consider existing small cases coz if the objective is long term wealth creation then pehle liya ya 1 saal baad liya won't matter much. All your stocks have secular growth path and can be taken any point of time which is the real beauty and offers win-win for existing and new participants both. Best Regards Sir
