What do you use to track coolant and oil temp?

so at the time I was using a universal gauge to monitor coolant and oil, but I found out the Oil Temp was just calculated, but water temp was still accurate. I have since gotten rid of that gauge, and instead swapped in an e92 m3 cluster and am using the oil temp gauge that's built into that, and just not worrying about water temp.
