Ik moest vandaag werken in Bezuidenhout. Een 3.0 coupe 1975 rijdt uit zijn garage met een M5 motor. Leuk gesprek gehad,o.a. over Mijn concoursstaat gerestaureerde 3.0CS 3 weken na gereed van de weg gereden door dronken bestuurder die EEN week.zijn rijbewijs had! Gelukkig getaxeerd op waarde,maar niet meer te herstellen zo erg was de schade. Mis die mooie wagen en rijden.er in

i had a 3.0 L coupé like this with interior in red velour and outside was blue but a lighter dark blue metalized paint ,you call this alpina wheels but i have a 1502 and 2002 ,74 and a 75 with this wheels design, and had a 1973 alpina with a diferent set of wheels with the alpina logo, also have a 1979 535i with bigger wheels but the design is the same, wiich is the diference from a alpina version of the car not only the wheels in the engine also, i had a lot of them but sold 4 recentelly because they ofered me a lot of money, and in the 90´s till 96 i bought a lot of 70´s bmw´s for no more than what today is 750€ ,the one that look like this in the video, the others i remenber having 6 , 2002 all diferent ,this without counting the others the 1502 and 1602 , but all bought for under 500€ this if in perfect shape, one of them the first 2002 with no head rests and when opening the door all metal parts were chromed , including the metal parts in the seat ,i trade it for a pioneer cassette deck i had bought 8 monthes earlier for what today is 326€, great cars, regards

always loved these cars...but there are two things that drive me crazy: the oversized turn indicators...why they didn't integrate them into the grill i will never understand...and I hate the bumper overrides. Other than that design perfection

Outstandingly beautiful car. BMW really knew how to make a motor back then. I think now, BMWs are overpriced, overrated, and not very reliable. This though, this is the true era of BMW. I want one, so bad, one of these. But to find one, is very rare indeed.

Take it off under the central ventilation grill, there should be a sign on the body with rivets underneath it, there should be a paint number and other options.
