You dont have to replace whole starter, just the solenoid and bendix wheel and a little bit of cleaning :)

+Mikotiini there was a little bit another problem. Every part of starter was great and only problem was dirt and wastes from leaking intake manifold. Pictures are here www.drive2.ru/l/9227456/

like I told in vid, starter is faulty, because of leaking intake manifold. it was replaced with new one and was perfect
