No, he will not have gear box problem. In any car gear box problem is a big issue. Normally German cars do not have problems

First of all you say no damage on the front bumper left side is a big black scratch and model 2006 is different the trank is of model 2008 facelift and you say diesel batch and in the film titel you put 730i ( petrol) diesel is 730d is diesel and bmw 3 liter diesel is always 6 cilinder! I live in Holland I had lot of bmw ‘s and this model I had 5 do your homework
