I went out for a cobweb blaster on my ZZR1400 today. Indeed if it stays as nice as the BBC are forecasting tomorrow (which probably means it will rain) then I'm off to The New Forest for some lunch. Meanwhile the incoming NC750 is now due next Wednesday....can't wait.

I went to BMW to purchase a C400X. However, after a test ride, I opted for the C400GT. The main reasons I didn't choose the X were the slippery seat material for me and my pillon and the average leg room and wind protection. On the C400GT, the backrest is great to have as the rider, and it also prevents the pillion sliding forward under hard braking. I love the amazing wind protection you get on the GT and being able to stretch out my legs so to never get sore knees. The 2025 model has made a good improvement to the storage and would be worth a look. A scooter like this is relaxing to ride all year round in any weather.

There better space on the GT I got a massive discount on the c400x it was straight after covid, the bike was brand new 10 miles bur I think 18 months old, but they are a well underated bike👍👍

Hiya, Thanks for a good review of something I have never considered, but I could be tempted now. MUch respect to you you said " "Its only done a couple of hundred miles and it's not mine so I won't thrash it", I really liked that good on ya, I have just watched another bike review when someone tested a brand new bike and he thrashed it saying "I dont care its not mine " Nice Eh. @birchwoodbiker mine is a late 06 k7 model. Its got 19000 on the clock with heated grips handguards and touring screen, it's in mint nick I paid £1000 for it.

Hi Birchy, for me it would be the Yamaha T-Max as they have all the toys & they’re agile & quick 👌🏻 It was that or the mighty Honda NC750X DCT and the NC won the day for me, better visibility with the manual buttons if I wanted to play 😉👌🏻 Ride Safe Ride NC DCT Dave & Butty Bach 🙂

@@birchwoodbiker they make a gorgeous 650gt sport that’s available in the UK. I saw a white one on utube with red and blue M stickers on it
