Design is subjective, but I can see a lot of things missin in terms of what an actual scooter has.

Let me get this straight! It costs 15 lakhs and goes neither faster nor further than the Ather that costs less than 2 lakhs? For this price, it should have a range of 1000 km, a top speed of 300 kph, air conditioning, toilet, two beds, large screen TV, kitchen and lifetime warranty. Seriously, I never thought BMW would stand for baseless, mindless, worthless.
