Everything you said is spot on. I'm an original '98 M3 owner it's still my favorite car of all time. Everything after the E46 is super heavy and feels like you have 500 computers between you and the road. I had an E92 330i and I could usually muscle it around and take the M3 but the experience was terrible... heavy, no steering feel, zero throttle response w/ the turbo.. I'm getting offers for the E36 M3 all the time now.

Convertibles and saloons didn't come with the Vadar seats, only the coupes.

Anyone know the name or part number of the intake manifold under this cars hood? its different from my 3.2

Its a euro s50 engine/intake. You cant easily fit it to a none euro engine. Howvever, there are some conversion kits on the market now, unsure or prices for the m5x engines
