Great vid, had the same LED's fit to my mk8 civic but they definitely didn't have the same beam pattern as yours. More of a fuzzy line than a cut off. Ended up going back to halogens as I found I had to lower the beam to prevent the light overspill dazzling oncoming traffic. Although they were far superior in brightness I just wasn't getting the view distance. Currently using Philips whitevision 4200k which are a definite downgrade on light output but have increased the distance I can see without been flashed by oncoming vehicles. Think you hit the led jackpot there finding some that match your housing so well! Any experience with the new mini projector LED's? They're like a mini projector built into the led.

Hi mate, did you twist them in the housing to adjust the beam? These are decent cut off tbh. Not 100% perfect but way better than the original bulbs. Because there’s not 360° light output of the led there are a couple of shadows that show in the distance, but other than that they are good. I’m considering modifying the lights with a projector inside though

Hey man great vid - just bought these auxito LED bulbs to replace by old h7 ones. But i didn't realise that there's a second set of bulbs that need replacing. what are the other bulbs you used? Am i supposed to buy 2 sets of these?

I only changed the dipped beam ones but the main beam ones also use the same bulbs. You’d need to get 2 sets to replace them all

Yea I’ve heard they’re good. I’ve not tried them but I have tried the Philips RacingVision which were decent, but didn’t last long at all.

@@StupidBlokeStupidVideos there are loads of +150/200% halogen bulbs out there for good price and lifetime. Bosch Gigalight, Osram Nightbreaker, Hella Performance, etc.

I kinda miss LEDs. I went back to halogen (Philips racing vision I think) on my C1 after having LEDs for a bit, they started good but the beam pattern went a bit off, even with adjustment, and I swear they stopped being as bright too. They were a bitch to get in and out too, the skirt was slightly too thick for the c1 bracket so had to really kill your fingertips getting it open & closed.

Yea they can fail over time. I’ve got some in my c1 that I’m impressed with. H4 are easier to get a good beam pattern out of as long as you get decent ones as they use a shroud to aim the light
