Thanks 4 video It really works Yall! Step 1. Turn on car all the way Step 2. Go to affected window. Seat down close door. Step 3. Roll window all the way down step by step (let button go) Step 4. Press and hold down for 17 to 20 seconds (let button go) Step 5. Press and hold up don't let go until window goes up and down twice and your code will clear

I have a U.S. 2010 BMW 535i. This fix worked...have error up on idrive as shown on video, sit in affected window seat with window all the way down and hold button down for 17 secs using your smartphone clock app ..then hit up button and hold it up until windows raises and lowers several times...problem solved..THX FOR POSTING!!

Outstanding. Thank you! Has been 3 years dealing with this. Only thing i was missing was having the error up on display and i kept trying to initialize from driver side master switch. Thanks so much! Any tricks for clearing/ repairing steering wheel locked malfunction? Electric telescoping only works in and out.. up and down doesnt work. Maybe this is causing that error? I probably should take the column apart and look? Just had my serpentine belt break while on highway and I drove 2 miles and pulled over. Used other car to drive to auto part store then replaced belt but idle has been messed up ever since. Possible throttle body relearn procedure?

Just an FYI, there is no need to go into the iDrive screen to have the error displayed. As long as the key is in the "ON" position, the procedure works irrespective of whats on the iDrive screen.

Didn't work for me, tried many times. Later had a hint to spray silicone on rails with window and run it up and down several times. After applying silicone this tutorial helped to reset windows.

Hi, the Airbag light could be due to several reasons.. the restraints usually means it is your seat belt system, but the best option would be to have it on a tester and see what errors brings up. Thanks for watching

I had this alarm today. Try this method and the window wouldn't open or close. So I took the door panel apart and disconnect the adapter on the window switch and window regulator motor. After that, reconnect the 2 adapters back in again. Test the window switch, open and close again but the alarm still on computer. So I did this video procedures and it work on my first try and clear the alarm. I owe this person dinner and beers!!!

You should give it a few tries pal.. I think it should work, but remember sometimes it won't work from the first try...so try a couple of times before giving up. Thanks
