You video saved me a fortune. I took a chance to buy the part on ebay which worked and solved the intermittent air flow on/off issue on my 2003 BMW 745i. However the procedure was complex due to awkward position you need to be in to remove some screws. Why the heck they put 7 screws deep on the cover underneath the glove box? I only put 5 back so that I dont need to go that deep next time if required

The screws in towards the back where a bit uncomfortable to remove but over all a super easy job to do thanks for the info .

I had the same problem and thanks to your video I was able to replace the blower resistor. There is just one thing which is, I am still experiencing the same problem. 2 days after replacing the blower resistor It started to blow very strong which made me very happy. I must have tested it about a dozen times by turning it on and off and it worked very strong and cold for one night. However the next day it went back to blowing with a very weak stream of air which did not fluctuate when changing the speed. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem.

Why I just change my motor blower everything works fine but the driver side blows heat or hot air. I’m thinking it’s a duct issue

IF IT COMES ON ON OCCASION, FROM WHAT IVE READ, ITS MORE THAN LIKELY AMPS OUT OF THE MOTOR AND A BAD MOTOR.?????
