Aye boss! Did you have to weld or plug and play? I’m trying to figure out what size tube I need to get for welding, I think it’s a 2.5” which is what the forums are telling me

We just did this mod on a 2008 m3 e90. The car is quiet when driving normal. No drone sounds. The v8 definitely wakes up but would've been better with little more sound.

Really surprised that there is no drone. Removed the resonator on my e60 m5 and the drone was definitely there. Put it back on after like 6 months.

Hey man, unfortunately they were not plug and play. Had to disassemble the entire headlight assemble and splice into the wiring! Well worth it. They also double as my turning singles.

Hey, I am currently fully catless now too. Definitely worth it. We used 2.5 inch exhaust piping and welded them into place!

There is definitely something there cause removing the secondary cat makes the exhaust more free flowing. But nothing really noticeable!
