Hey Man, great review and yes...great bike. I ride motorcycles since 25 years years. i bought my CS from 2002 a couple of month ago. Its a great bike. I am 187cm tall...but i love it...less fuel consumption, belt drive, easy to ride...great performance and power. Thats my daily commuter...i also wanna go for a bigger trip...just because its a great bike and it has to see a bit more from our world than just cities ;-) Good luck with your BMW from switzerland

I love my 650cs. At 5'8" 155 lbs, it is easy to maneuver in the garage and in parking lots. I take it to 110kph on long stretches and I don't hear/see any complaints from the engine. The low seat height and the lower centre of gravity under my seat makes for carving (scarving?) curves and twists easier and safer. Thanks for sharing your video!

Man, this is my commuter and around town bike. It rocks in the city! The single has that torque and is quick off the line. I am 6’3” so it feels like a Grom for me. It has great handling and that upright seating comfort. It makes me ride like a hooligan. I have done longer rides with it and it cruises at 80 no issue. In fact I find mine is smoother at those high rpm than the 98 F650 I use as my travel and off road adventurer. Just surprised that you find it boring.

I just upgraded to a k1200gt. I love the punch that big BMW's have. I do get the grom feel from the F650CS and it is a great around town bike. I just wanted to go 0-60 in 3 secs again. lol.

Very cool looking bike! I get what you are saying. But for someone just using it as a commuter it is super cool

Yeah it’s a good bike but it doesn’t make me want to go ride it hard. Going full throttle does not make my heart skip a beat.

Just bought one of these for my son. His first bike. I have an R1200C in the Mandarin Yellow. Any links for the tail tuck kit and front signal lights? They look really good.

Thanks !!! I rode a 2003 BMW Scarver from 2005 'till 2017 & I love every minute of it !!! Before I had two Suzuki LS650 (Savage) & the three of them shared, instead of a chain, a carbon/kevlar belt. The salesman of my first Savage (1988) refused to sell me a spare belt saying "If it breaks, I'll send you one free!" & he was right. None of the three belts gave any sign of wear & tear! PS: Once, the beautiful niece of a German friend saw my bike & exclaimed "Ah! The girls' bike!"... It seems that, in Germany, that model was used a lot by German Frauen. I understand, with no messy chain greasing every 500 km 😃😃😃PS: I'm now riding since 2018 a 2010 660 cc Yamaha MT03 & I love it ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXKwmoSVfbyGjdE )

It looks great in Yellow but you can change the whole colour easily for around $40 using Spray Wraping. I think you'll regret parting with it coz they are just becoming sought after as quirky bikes to customise. I'm getting one to use as a Bobber.
