It only shows the speed limit on the road, doesn't do any sound or beep, you can drive as fast as you want 😊

This is just an emulator, it's going to show the speed limit from maps, only the standard speed limit (construction or temporary limit will not be shown)

The digital speed display will remain its a different code. If you mean to have both on display this will work just on Head Up display on the dash will have different screens for each

I've seen that on the 6wb cluster it shows with a little line when you go over doest it show with your cluster when you go over the speed limit?

That's a different option is called speed warning info and you can set it from your idrive. This module will only show the speed that is allowed on the road

I did everything you described here and I don't see that indicator. It appears in Speedlimit in Idrive and in the Headup menu, but that indicator doesn't appear in the tacho. What can go wrong?I have bmw F46 from 2015

You have to check the link in the description of the video. In there, you have all coding lines for your car for each module

Hi mate, i do have few questions please 1) I have bimmercode and it is working fine with my OBD, do i still need enet? My car is F15 (bmw x5 2016) 2) where is the speed limit reading from? Is it the map because my maps doesn't have a speed limit. But i have KAFAS system

You can code it with bimmercode yes And it reads from maps yes

I have all the Hardware installed in my f36 but the feature is not activated. I got told that I will need a FSC from bmw after coding that feature to active it. Can I do that with Bimmercode or Carly or do I need ESYS?

You need the harness for emulator because it will read the speed limit from maps

Yep....just Infos from maps! Won't show all the restrictions if are not saved on maps

I installed the sli emulator and coded my HU_NBT_EVO and KOMBI with HUD. Able to get checkbox to enable speed limit info but from KOMBI and HUD is not working. Anything I missed? My car is F30 330e LCI

This are the settings that have to be modified. Keep in mind that you might Not have all the lines on your vehicle but is normal. You have to set the ones you have like this: Coding to be modified for KOMBI or DKMOBI: KI_PIA_SPEED_LIMIT = aktiv SPEED_LIMIT = aktiv SPEED_LIMIT_GENERATION = sli_gen_2_n Coding to be modified for HU_NBT or HU_NBT2: SPEEDLIMIT_INFO = aktiv SLI_NAVI_DISPLAY = nicht_aktiv If your vehicle have HUD : HUD_NPI_ENABLE = aktiv HUD_PIA_SPEED_LIM = aktiv HUD_SPEED_LIMIT_ENABLE = aktiv HUD_SLI_ENABLE = aktiv PIA_HUD_SLI = aktiv PIA_HUD_SLI_NPI = aktiv PIA_HUD_SLI_PORTIERUNG = aktiv PIA_HUD_VSLI = aktiv If your vehicle has an fault code of E1149E, please change RCOG_TRSG_APPL and RCOG_TRSG_TIMEOUT to nicht_aktiv. If you dont have kafas this is shit...as it takes data from navi

This is the only way to have this option without kafas, and that's why it is recommended to update the maps as well
