Brake Pad Sensor Reset I have a 2021 BMW X3 xDrive30i, which I replaced both the front and rear brake pads (Akebono) as well as the brake pad sensors (OEM from the dealer) on, however in the required services it is still showing I need to replace the front brake pads in 1100 miles and rear brake pads in 1200 miles. I tried going into diagnostic mode and going through the motions to reset them by holding on to the BC button to no avail. I then used a Autel Scanner to reset them to no avail either. I tried to disable them completely to no avail either. Any thoughts or ideas what the issue may be? I tried 2 different set of sensors. Heck I even left it without a sensor and drove over 1000 miles and nothing. What can I do to reset the required services reminder?

@@tonykuv yup, I did the reset the normal wear, getting the car in maintenance mode etc and doing the reset. But the trick was changing the e-brake setting. If it was engaged, disengage it and if it’s disengaged, engage it. Once I did that it reset without any special tools.
