Did a test ride of this baby beemer today. Loved the looks, comfort, linear power delivery and how it doesn't vibrate (unlike the ktm 390 although bs4) on revving it hard. I'd definitely go for this over the 390 Duke. Service is expensive but they said they use fully synthetic oil for changes unlike the competition that uses semi synthetic and ofcourse their labor costs are relatively high being bmw. But not a deal breaker for me as your gona service it once a year plus u get a 3 year service package (can be extended to 5yrs). One must do a test ride of both back to back and find out for yourself. On road in pune Duke390 : 3.12L G310R: 3.07L (blue and black), 3.17L (sport color) 2nd Service costs Duke390: 3-4k (8500kms) G310R: 5-6k (10k kms) 3rd service Duke390: 4-5k (16k kms) G310R : 6-7k (20k kms)

duke is way more ahead then bmw .....tft display quick shifter

@@aakarshrai146 yes it's 44 for duke about 10ps more than the bmw so it's subjective, if you wana go for purely performance and a TFT you will barely look at while riding then go for the Duke. But if you want something more appealing and less seen on streets and stand out then the G310R is a good option imo. Duke heats up more than the bmw and has more vibrations which really put me off. The bmw was buttery smooth and no vibrations even in the higher revs and gears.
