BMW G650XChallenge rear shock change

Hi there, I would love to have some advice from you. I'm about to buy a used X challenge bike; what should I look for in matter of parts to be replaced soon. What type of rear shock is the one you just put on your bike.?

That is Touratech shock (www.touratech.de/touratech-suspension-federbein-fuer-bmw-g650x-challenge-ab-2007-typ-explore-level1.html) I was quite long pretty sure that I will get Hyper Pro But Nate Allen has been having a lot of problems with his Hyper Pro... And since Touratech had a little discount in the summer 2021 I decided to go for it. I would also recommend Öhlins...

Are you happy with this shock compared to the original one ? And also does it fix the bike "diving"when braking ? Thanks

I'm very happy with the shock! Little bit unhappy about the information from Touratech -they claimed that the shock is as tall as the original. No it's shorter! For the possible "diving" when braking you need new front springs and oil.
