@ZVilleneuve5 жыл бұрын
Light rear under braking/turn in is just physics. Heavy/late braking takes weight off the rear and shifts it forward. How you ease off the pedal at the end of braking point also dictates how the weight shift will resettle. Brake earlier and lighter or embrace the light rear and use it to help rotate the car for mid/slow speed corners allowing you to have the car pointed sooner and get back on power earlier
@TheOystei5 жыл бұрын
Carbon fiber roof, look in to CSL doorpanels, or hard motorsports doorpanels. The hood is aluminium, so not that much save on a carbon hood, but fenders could do a bit. You can always do the rear 3 windows in molded lexan, and still retain rear power windows.

If your running stock eccentric bolts for aliment they will move under heavy load aka " hitting the track" it if it does have eccentric bolts get an eccentric lock out kit. Bascially regular bolts that lock in place. Allowing you to adjust by the arms only keeps aliment better.

a one piece wheel V's a three piece of same static weight is one thing,but the rotational weight effect of the bolts is multiplying the faster it spins that would effectively make the car slower the most effective area to remove weight to lighten a flywheel is from the outer most edge as an example

Move the coolant reservoir back closer to the firewall in that empty well. I see you already have the SAP delete, that's good. The coolant res relocation is hella easy too. Dont know if stoptechs are light but 135i OEM front caliper conversion w/ CSL rotors and Porsche 996 rear calipers w/ CSL rotors are pretty good. In the trunk, cut out the air compressor well and flat out the gap with an aluminum slate. I think 17x10 APEX ARC-8 wheels are lighter than the Volk TE37's too. Carbon CSL trunk, GTR hood, side mirrors, roof and door cards. Titanium exhaust. Euro headers. CSL carbon center console. Voila.
