I own a 2017 M3 Competition. Test drove a Camaro SS. Trust me, it’s not even close. Camaro pretty fast car, but handling of BMW is so much better! Try to drift a BMW M, and then SS. M is a precision tool!

PQR5CHE i have driven both and i disagree, the camaro is a much sharper car with better chassis and better engine response. No turbo lag and no shitty noise, it feels much better than a normal m4. Havent driven a comp pack m4 but its so much more expensive than the SS at that point its better to compare to the zl1 which the m4 doesn't even dream of coming close

As you can see, there's a difference between german horsepower and american horsepower. While on paper, they may appear to be the same, a german car with, let's say, 300hp will always go faster than the american car with the same hp. the engineering is just more sophisticated.
