It wasnt reactions, it was trying to manage a ton of HP in a light car without 4WD or traction control. Imagine putting a big ol W16 in a mitsubishi mirage, shit will struggle to go 5km/h due to tire spin. Similar effect here

For example, the Lamborghini performante can get from zero to 62mph in just 2.3 seconds. Jonathan Bowen this every day driver argument is silly. An average Joe shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near that m3 car and I doubt one would buy it and then tune it to make it even quicker. The drag race is supposed to show which car is faster. You can’t do that if one is driven by a bellend.

I believe for a BMW lover who's focused solely on how much fun s/he can get, it should be interesting to see how these two beasts can be compared. Personally, I rather have more fun and exciting experience with the smaller and lighter M3 compared to heavier and longer M5, although I might miss the last BMW V8 engines!
