Kann ich. In Deutschland beträgt die gesetzliche Richtgeschwindigkeit auf BAB 130 km/h. Wer schneller fährt, muss bremsbereit sein und trägt ebenfalls eine Mitverantwortung für Unfälle. Das ist im Übrigen nicht meine, sondern eine häufig vertretene höchstrichterliche Instanzmeinung.
