BMW Motorrad Days 2019. Stelvio Pass on BMW K1600 GT

"For three days in Bavaria's Garmisch-Partenkirchen, everything again revolves around the same passion: Motorcycles at the BMW Motorrad Days. An elaborate program of live music and action-packed shows, current bikes and numerous world debuts draws around 40,000 visitors to the city near the Zugspitze from July 5th to 7th."
"The Stelvio Pass is a mountain pass in northern Italy bordering Switzerland at an elevation of 2,757 m (9,045 ft) above sea level. It is the highest paved mountain pass in the Eastern Alps, and the second highest in the Alps.
It has seventy-five hairpin turns, 48 of them on the northern side numbered with stones, are a challenge to motorists." We accepted this challenge on BMW K1600 GT and did not fail! :)

I was there too in 2019 at Motorrad Days. Drove down from Sweden after visited Auschwitz in Poland. It was indeed a very nice long summer 🏍💨💨 ( I have a BMW GSA ).

would you recommend this bike for a 30 yr old, coming from a Honda CX500 now, having owned and raced Yamaha R1 and Triumph Daytonas? Looking for more of Tourer. Great video, nice editing, stay safe!

It's a good bike, just be aware it's heavy and not particularly comfortable in the mountains twists, but I on the scratches between cities or countries it doesn't have any competitors, pleasure to ride ;)
