Nice, glad you fixed it man. I'm wondering if replacing my CAS would fix MY problem. Basically I'm having the same issues but mine cranks no start. Also Terminal 50 I see yours just clicks once.

Why not just repair the resistors if the chip was still good?

Hey there I’m currently having same problem 2010 bmw 323i exact same problem as you wasn’t to start but won’t I found the CAs and seen I have the same broken spot as you, did you just get a new CAS and switch the pieces over or did you have to program or code ? Thanks hope to hear from you

Mine cranks and starts in the morning. After a run, it gets trouble turning over and has to sot for an hour then starts. Could it be the CAS?

Man I’m having this exact issue I’m not getting enough current to my starter also on the battery side negative sensor there’s 3 wires the red one have over 12 volts the white &blue also have same bolts but the gray one has nothing unless move it back and forward I was thinking to get the sensor but after seen this not so sure now 😢

How did you know the CAS had problem in the circuit board?

Cas burns when engine has a bad negative cable(copper cable from body to the engine about 20cm long) It burns first and after cas starts use negative from circuit board

Hi. I have bought a bmw 328i Xdrive 2009. Both of the keys run the car but don't unlock the doors. I checked the fuses but they are Ok. I replaced the battery of the fob but still don't unlock the doors. The button on the dash of the car unlock the doors. The previous owner told me that the keys need programing. I want to asking If keys run the car but don't unlock the doors, is programing needed? thanks

Yes, the keys need to be programmed because the engine start system is different from the door lock system

I got a 2008 bmw 335i the CAS is burnt in the same spot as urs it came with a new key I need to get it cloned and program the key but I can’t find no one in Utah can you help me out

They should put a cooling fan on it. Mine only messing up after sitting in the parking lot at work for 10 hours in 100 degree weather.

Check your battery if the battery is good then it can be maybe the fuel pump.

Same!! I've had it to 2 different BMW mechanics who tell me no codes are popping and they'll try to fix this or that costing me over $3,000. Soon as I get it back each time it glitches out again but when I take it to the shop it doesn't do it.

Hello I have a bmw 745 li 2003 I changed my battery and not recognizes the key fob, it says “incorrect key” and throws me back the key fob when I put in in the key slot, should I reprogram the key or change the entire CAS and ECU and get a new key
