Hi Jimmy, I just changed my fuel pump and I had like hour and hours to make this change. Lets assembly the tank now and see if it is working. Thanks for the video. It helped me a lot.

Thank you, hope helps you in the future. I'm in the process of editing a new video detailing the wheel refurbishment for a R1200c. Mine had badly pitted, flaking chrome rims and rusty spokes. It's a common issue with these bikes.

Does that foam deteriorate after awhile and get in the fuel filter, etc.?

Has anyone used these cheap Ouantum fuel pumps and how long they lasted . I hear that these pumps start leaking and loses pressure after a few 100 miles or just setting . I just dont know this for fact .

Hi, LC series of pipe couplers from CPC. (Details are in the description) Prices UK are approximately £45.00ea for female end and £25.00ea for male end. These can be found on eBay or local BMW parts specialist etc. Definitely worth fitting, makes removing the fuel tank a lot easier in the future.
